THE PEOPLE WHO THINK THE WAIT IS TO LONG SHOULD HAVE MORE PATIENTS IF THEY WANT TO HAVE GOOD FOOD IN THE HAT. TRY PRE ORDERING MAYBE IT WILL WORK BETTER FOR YOU AND GO TO PICK IT UP JUST A BIT LATER THAN THEY TOLD YOU THEN YOU WONT HAVE TO WAIT SO LONG.THE WAIT ISNT THAT LONG ANYWAY

Worst service in Medicine hat, not to mention Brutal wait times for over priced junk. Ive had better fries out of a vending machine at a hockey rink. I'd rather eat Mcdonalds.

Wait times are terrible and food is horrible. Threw Chili burgers out after a couple bites

The wait time for an order is absolutely ridiculous!! We phone the orders in ahead of time and still end up waiting 30 minutes after the promised time! This restaurant needs a serious lesson in efficiency and customer service. They lose a lot of business over their carelessnes!!!!

The wait is very long and now the west side is closed. The hamburger patties are paper thin and the mushrooms on this burger are hard to find. The fries are way over priced with hardly any chili or gravy on them. This place is over rated and very expensive for what you get.

Family owned seasonal drive thru restraunt with large sized burgers,shimp,fish,and chicken. Incredible choice of ice cream and milkshake flavors.Not the cheapest prices,but this bussiness is a Medicine Hat tradition that offers food the large franchises can't touch.

Awesome mushroom burger as a former resident we ate there a lot now in Edmonton and after several attempts and some insider tips we got sauce nailed to a tee... that said first stop in the had for me and my daughter is always tinos!

I moved away from Medicine Hat almost 18 years ago but always visit Tino's when I am back. Even though my husband is from Edmonton and didn't grow up on Tino's food, he has become a convert and looks forward to going as much as I do. See you in July Tino's!

Moved away from Medicine Hat 10 years ago but still crave their food and stop whenever we are in town, sure wish they were open year round though...have been ordering the exact same thing for 20 years, Chili burger with cheese and Chili chips, hubby likes Mushroom burger and Mushroom chips...can be busy at lunch and supper times, try going before or after peak meal times..

food is good, but the wait is brutal

we all love the chilli chips, and the kraut dogs are pretty good, too. this seems to be a favorite spot for medicine hatters, as the line ups are almost always long, but worth the waiting time-

It is busy at peak times but well wourth the wait!!
